Digital Terrain Model (DTM)Digital Terrain Models are captured from aerial imagery by experienced Photogrammetists to accurately reflect the elevation of the mapped area. |

Digital Terrain Models is the platform from which all mine design and planning is done.
Accurate contours can be generated from a precise DTM.
Breaklines will be captured for a high accuracy DTM (non-automated DTM), by experienced Photogrammetists to accurately reflect changes in gradient.
There is no substitute for the human eye and intelligent decision making when it comes to the creation of a high accuracy DTM. We do not rely on automated routines for the creation of the DTM – instead breaklines are mapped at all essential changes in gradient in addition to spot heights which are captured on the ground and not on low level vegetation.
